Particles_specifyMethods()
DESCRIPTION
This routine is created by the setup script at configuration time.
It fills 3 vectors that hold information about the particles.
The information is held in the same order in all vectors, e.g.
element 1 in all vectors refers to the same particle type. This
information is then used to populate the particles data structures.
